How it began...

Magic, joy, and happiness..

I wanted a blog that was realistic for the everyday person to read and feel inspired. I am just an everyday teacher that wanted to share my love of the magic that I see everyday, whether it be at Disney of within my classroom. 

My name is Alexis and I am a very dedicated special education teacher. I have always know that teaching was my passion, but I struggled with the specialty that I wanted to purse. I started working in the classroom in my early twenties. I was given an amazing opportunity to become an assistant teacher within a middle school, Autism classroom. This is where I developed my passion for working with my students. After 9 years, I graduated with my bachelors in Exceptional Student Education. I have also completed a Masters in Autism Spectrum Disorder. I look forward to working with my student everyday on everyday skills, as well as communication and social skills.  

Teaching and Disney have always been my passions, and how lucky am I to have not one, but two!

I want to share with the world, the magic that I have found in my everyday life.
